Like listening to music on YouTube but hate that you don’t get the lyrics for Eminem’s rap sometimes? Simply go and install the Musixmatch YouTube extension on your Google Chrome browser from the Chrome Web Store.

Once the extension is installed, you can enjoy lyrics in sync with the video- just like subtitles! This works with not only English but also numerous regional songs. Awesome, right?

Blocking Ads on YouTube

The only thing that annoys every YouTube user the most is the ads that keep on popping and killing the vibe. And while they can be skipped in a few seconds most of the time, those few seconds do feel like hours when they come in between a cool playlist.

There is a way to block these ads on Google Chrome using an AdBlocker. Download and install ‘AdBlock for YouTube’ extension from the Chrome web store. Once it is installed, it’ll automatically blocks all the advertisements and you’ll have a seamless playback!

YouTube Dark Mode

While browsing through YouTube at night, the white and bright skin can be a real torture for the eyes. Keeping this in mind, the new YouTube update has brought the Dark Mode to the browser. Simply hit the profile icon on the top right corner, and enable the dark mode from the drop-down. This will turn the white areas into dark grey, making it soothing for the eyes.
